Below are steps to troubleshoot your Dash Cam.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Confirm the camera is connected to power.
- If the camera screen shows a view and remains offline on the portal, power cycle the camera by removing it from power until the screen goes black and then reconnect it.
- This can take about 2-5 minutes to complete.

- If the camera screen is black, install the camera in a different vehicle.
- If the camera comes online in the second vehicle, this suggests the power cable or wiring connection needs to be replaced.
